Join us to celebrate delicious, nutritious greens!
"Greens champions" will showcase their favorite green vegetable with its history, fun facts, and delicious recipe tastings.
This year we are highlighting Swiss chard, turnip greens, and lettuce.
We will also have tastings of different herbs.
The event includes activities for the whole family including seed planting and garden education, hula hooping, garden yoga and health screenings provided by LSU Health Physical Therapy students.
The event is family friendly and FREE!
