🎃 A Night Treat On Elm Street - Logansport 🎃

Description

Hosted by River City Fest “A NIGHT TREAT ON ELM STREET” October 31st starting at 6pm till 8:00pm. 

Bring the kids out to trick or treat on the river front. Candy and games at every booth and a bounce house for the ones who are already on a sugar rush. 

Free concessions and a costume contest which will have 1 boy and 1 girl winner no need to sign up. 

The committee will be choosing the winners as the kids are trick or treating and the winners will be announced at 6:30pm.
