Bird walk and bird count

Description

The Great Backyard Bird Count is President's weekend. 

You can count birds in your yard!  

Or, you can come to the refuge and participate in three bird count opportunities - check out loaner binoculars at the Nature Store in the Visitor Center.  

On Friday, February 14, join volunteers on the back porch to count feeder birds starting at 9 am. 

On Saturday, February 15, you can join Ranger Terri for a bird walk at 8 am - meet in vistor center.  

Another volunteer will count birds on the back porch on Sunday, Feburay 16 at 2:00 pm.
