Also included is Margaret's expert advice for thriving in the first few months of life with your newborn as well as how to lay the groundwork for self-soothing and sleeping through the night when they are old enough.
You will receive a newborn sleep guide which will include techniques for establishing a foundation for healthy sleep including age-appropriate sleep needs and schedules, sleep environment advice along with information on common sleep issues that can be easily avoided.
An option to add on 2 weeks email access to answer questions as they arise within 30 days of phone consult is available with this package, too.

Newborn Package: (0-12 weeks)

Infant Package (13 weeks-18 months)
