Eddie B. Jones Park Trails & more (near Chimp Haven)
Red River National Wildlife Refuge
The property remains open during daylight hours so you can still walk the trails and visit the boat landing to go fishing. However the restrooms are closed so plan accordingly.
The museum itself is CLOSED, however their gardens are OPEN! Just practice social distancing and understand that there are NO public restrooms available before heading out to enjoy the beautiful grounds!
Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park
The trails are OPEN* during normal park hours. Visitors ARE still advised to follow the CDC's guidelines during this time. Practice social distancing while in the park, bring hand sanitizer with you, don't touch your face, and stay home if you are sick.
Otherwise, come enjoy some fresh air and sunshine! *The visitor center is CLOSED. Restrooms can be accessed at the picnic pavilion.
