You certainly don't have to be Irish to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Kids love St. Patrick's Day ... and there's plenty you can do to make the day special for them!

Here are 17 ideas on how to make a memorable St. Patrick's Day for your kiddos:

1. Drink green milk

Secretly add a few drops of green food coloring to the bottom of a glass and or a bowl. Watch in surprise as the milk turns green as you pour it into that glass or bowl of cereal. Blame the leprechaun and his antics!

2. Make them giggle with green toilet water

Add some green food coloring to the water in the toilet. Oops, I guess the leprechaun forgot to flush!
