General LOCK-IN Information
EVERY player who is Under 13 years old is required to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
Players who are between 13 and 17 years old and are not accompanied by a parent/guardian during a lock-in must have a new Lock-in permission slip signed by a parent/guardian and on file with Contender eSports. This is for two reasons:
- We are not responsible for physically restraining any player to stay in our store. It is the responsibility and duty of the parent/guardian to instruct the minor to remain at the store.
- We enforce the Contender eSports Rules and Guidelines to make sure everyone is here to PLAY VIDEO GAMES.
We require an emergency contact number for every player under 18 so that we can call the parent/guardian and have the player removed if they are not following the rules.
Players that do not follow our guidelines or adhere to policies put into place by Contender eSports employees will have their parent or guardian contacted to have them removed from Contender eSports.
