On July 4, 2022, it's all about God and Country, great entertainment, and watching fireworks from multiple locations. KTBS Freedom Fest July 4th coverage will air on KTBS and KPXJ starting at 3 p.m. and end with fireworks shows after dark.

Fireworks will be displayed across from Sci-Port backdropped by the lights on the Bakowski/Texas St. Bridge in red, white, and blue; South Bossier Park, located on Caplis Sligo Rd. approximately one mile south of Sligo Rd. Gates will open at South Bossier Park at 5 pm; Northwood Country Club in Blanchard; Jefferson, TX over Big Cypress Bayou by the bridge downtown; and the Maude Cobb Convention Complex in Longview, TX.

Entertainment includes local acts, like Kionte Mims and Friends, Jimmy Wooten, Windstorm, The Victory Belles, Cody Wayne, and Michael Love.
