Reiki I, in the Usui Tradition ~ Are You Ready to Begin the Journey?
Through the practice of Reiki, we connect with Divine life force energy, and through this gentle, yet profound healing modality, we are supported physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Reiki can be used to bring balance and harmony into our lives and our bodies, help to strengthen our connections, and bring healing to the wounds we carry ~ both energetically and physically, individually and collectively.
This four-class series, taught by our Reiki master, Adrienne Smith, is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience, culminating with an attunement to Reiki Level 1.
At the end of the course, students will have learned how to do a complete Reiki session, for the self and for others.
They will have an understanding of the history of Reiki and its philosophy.
They will have become familiar with the Chakra System and received instruction on meditation techniques for grounding and connecting with intuition.
Students will have access to a private Reiki 1 class Facebook page where they can engage in discussion between classes.
They will also be able to download PDFs, Reiki manuals, class hand-outs, and other supportive reading material.
This course will be held Thursday evenings from 6:30pm to 8pm, on the following dates: 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, & 2/11.
(All 4 classes must be attended to receive attunement.)
Course fee is $175.00 if pre-paid by 1/14/21.
