Give Thanks by Giving Back!
Each year, the Mission serves over 1,300 meals to individuals and families in need.
Our Thanksgiving Day Campaign is the Mission's largest community outreach event and we need your help!

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will not be able to have on-site volunteers serving a meal to our guests this year.
However, we will have an opportunity for you to deliver meals to families in need in our community.
In order to deliver a meal, please arrive at the Mission (901 McNeil Street) between 8:45 am - 9:15 am.
You will proceed in the car line and remain in your vehicle.
We will load the to-go meals in your car and give you the address(es) that you will deliver the meals to (please be prepared to utilize your smart device for directions).
We do have new guidelines to keep everyone safe this year. Please adhere to the following:
1) Please wear a mask when you are picking up meals at the Mission and when you are dropping off those meals at a home.
2) For contactless delivery, please place the meal at the front door, ring the doorbell, and step back and allow the homeowner to safely pick up the meal(s).
3) Please remember to practice social distancing of 6 ft. apart when you are interacting with people at the Mission and in the community.
Whether it is delivering a meal or helping to purchase items from our Thanksgiving Shopping list (found at https://www.sbrescuemission.com/event/thanksgiving-day-at-the-mission/), the Mission is ready to help you make an impact in our cities this Thanksgiving.
