Join Families Helping Families Region 7 and Chef Mark Myers of ReMARKable Food as they show us how to cook dinner together Tuesday November 10 at 6pm.
Founder of ReMARKable Food Chef Mark Myers is also Shreveport Firefighter who has appeared on Guy's Grocery Games and Master Chef.
He will provide us with step by step instructions on how to prepare meat pies and a yummy dump cake that kids, self-advocates and their families can easily prepare together.
I can't wait to watch and learn how to cook easy and delicious meals together as a family!

Meat Pies
(2) rolls/packages of premade pie crusts
(1) 3lb chub of ground beef or turkey (Your choice!)
(1) onion
(1) Bell Pepper -any color
Minced garlic
(1) bag of Mexican Blend Cheese
Dump Cake
(1) egg
(1) box of French Vanilla Cake Mix
(2) 29oz cans of Sliced peaches in syrup
(1) stick of butter
cinnamon
