As most of probably already know, Louisiana is practicing Social Distancing to prevent and contain the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
What does this mean for Macaroni Kid Shreveport-Bossier Moms In the Know?
First and foremost, we are still here, and will be here for you and your kiddos from start to finish throughout the ups and downs of what is turning out to be a bit of a scary time for most families. We want to make your life easier!
However, a few things will change just a bit:
- PLEASE confirm ALL EVENTS before heading out for your family fun.
- Many events are being canceled, following advice from the CDC and WHO. Although we are doing our best to keep up with cancellations, we have a TON of events on our calendar and it can be hard to keep up with last minute changes. (Under normal circumstances, we strive for TONS of events...lol!)
- PLEASE be patient if our site is a little slower than usual... there are A LOT of people on the internet right now!
- We have created a Find Your Family Fun® At Home Guide for you to use to help keep your kids busy and keep your sanity while everyone is home! Please check back often as we will be adding to it daily.
- We are also gathering information about Free Food Pick Up Locations for kids from 1 to 18. They are popping up around town, and we will list them as quickly as we can. Please check back often for updates.
