Help Amelia support St. Jude Children's Hospital

By Pamela Kennedy March 9, 2017

You all know that I love helping important organizations that make a difference and Amelia (my daughter) has gotten that love of helping others as well. I couldn't be more proud and hope to teach her to continue giving throughout her life.

St. Jude is certainly one of our favorites and I've watched her over the past few years become more and more passionate about helping the children going through such a tough time. She literally chokes up when she talks about the videos that they show at school when getting ready for the St. Jude Math-a-thon.

This year she set her goal pretty high but it is certainly not my place to say she can't do it, if anyone can she can! Please help us by making a donation to her St. Jude Math-a-thon goal, all of the money helps the kids and families and I know that every family is grateful. This place saves lives and gives families hope--as a former Make-a-Wish volunteer I've seen it personally.

Amelia has also recently discovered that St. Jude hospital is in Memphis and has requested that we take some donations when we go to our annual girls trip later this month. I couldn't say no so we are collecting art supplies to take and drop off on the hospital when we go up. If you would like to pick up some new items to donate please contact me before March 20th and we can meet up and add to our donations.

If you have any questions or would like to help with either of these cause please contact me at pamelak@macaronikid.com.

Thank you everyone!
