With a health coaching and nursing background, specializing in treating and reversing Type 2 Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome, Lauren is passionate about health and nutrition.
Once she became a mother, Lauren discovered the beauties as well as the difficulties of breastfeeding and became a strong believer in lactation support for every family who wishes to breastfeed.
Through lactation consulting, Lauren is able to fulfill her passion promoting health and wellness for both mothers and babies by guiding families while promoting and preserving the breastfeeding relationship.
Lactation & Health with Lauren offers both in-home and office visits to help families reach their breastfeeding goals through prenatal education, navigating feeding challenges, transitioning back to work, and weaning.
With her nursing and holistic health coaching background, Lauren will also address maternal mental health and nutrition concerns at each visit.
