I began collecting mermaids at the age of four, when I saw a poster advertising the Mermaids of Weeki Wachee, on a trip to Disney World. I have loved mermaids ever since, and I have always aspired to be a MERMAID when I grew up! My inspiration for Mermaid Margueritte comes from Deep in my Heart. Family has always been the most important thing in my life! My Grandma passed away at the beginning of this year. She and my daughter share the same birthday and name: Margueritte. My grandmother, Helen Margueritte, and my daughter, Ginevieve Margueritte, fill my heart with Oceans of Love. I dove into my dreams and started my business in honor of them!! I am proving, like the other courageous women in my family, that dreams can come true if you follow your heart!!!
